Stone Cold Meats Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Stone Cold Meats. Please carefully read and agree to the following terms and conditions for placing your pre-order:

  1. Pre-Order Deposit
    • A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required for all pre-orders. This deposit will be applied to the final total at the time of pick-up.
  2. Pre-Order Changes
    • After your $50 deposit has been received, processing your order has begun and will adhere to the following:
      • Additions to an existing pre-order can be made at no additional cost.
      • Items cannot be removed from a processed pre-order.
      • There are no substitutions from processed pre-order items. NO EXCEPTIONS
      • All revisions must be made either in-store or over the phone.
      • Order updates cannot be made in your online account.
      • Any change to your order will receive an email outlining revisions to the original email address in which the order was submitted.
  3. Pick-Ups
    • Arriving either before or after your scheduled pick-up time may result in a wait time of up to one hour or more.
    • Pick-up date and/or time changes must be made in-store or over the phone.
    • Any change made to your selected pick-up date/time will require a non-refundable fee of $25 due at time of revision. *this fee is not removed from your final total at pick-up*
    • Orders not picked up by 4pm Wednesday, Nov 27th, will not be available for pickup until Saturday, Nov 30th.
  4. Credit Card Information
    • For your privacy and security, we do not store credit card information. All transactions are processed securely at the time of payment.
